1. Website Purpose

The Greenglide Mobility website currently operates primarily as an information, enquiry and lead-generation platform.

Visitors may use the website to:

• Learn about Greenglide Mobility products
• Request product information
• Submit an enquiry
• Request a quotation
• Request a demonstration or test ride
• Contact Greenglide Mobility

Submitting an enquiry or test-ride request does not itself constitute a confirmed product purchase.

A sale is confirmed only when the applicable commercial documentation and payment requirements have been completed.

2. Quotations

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days from their date of issue.

After expiry, pricing, availability, delivery schedule or other commercial terms may be revised.

A quotation does not reserve stock or manufacturing capacity unless expressly stated.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in an agreed quotation, payment is 50% advance at the time of order confirmation and 50% balance upon delivery.

An order will ordinarily be treated as confirmed only after receipt of the required advance and acceptance of the applicable quotation/order documentation.

4. Pre-Orders

Greenglide Mobility products are primarily sold on a pre-order basis.

The typical estimated lead time is 60–90 days, subject to manufacturing, transportation, customs, availability and other applicable factors.

5. Product Specifications

Greenglide Mobility continually seeks to improve its products.

Accordingly, specifications, components, materials, colours, finishes, software, accessories, packaging and features may be updated or modified without prior notice.

Where changes are made, TerraVentures will seek to ensure that the fundamental character and intended functionality of the product are not materially altered.

Images, videos, renders and illustrations appearing on the website or marketing material may be representative.

Minor differences in colour, finish, appearance or configuration may occur.

6. Intended Use

Greenglide Mobility products are designed primarily for use within controlled or private premises including environments such as:

• Golf courses
• Resorts
• Campuses
• Private estates
• Gated premises
• Other suitable private or controlled environments

Greenglide Mobility products are not represented as public-road vehicles.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is operated only where legally permitted and in accordance with applicable property rules and local regulations.

7. Minimum Rider Age

The minimum recommended rider age is 16 years.

Riders should possess sufficient physical coordination, judgement and ability to safely control the product.

Where required by a property, golf course, institution or applicable law, additional age or supervision restrictions may apply.

8. Maximum Load

Maximum permitted load varies by model:

• Fairglide S1 — 110 kg maximum load
• Fairglide V1 — 140 kg maximum load

The specified maximum load must not be exceeded.

Damage or failure resulting from overloading may not be covered under warranty.

9. Safe Operation

Users are responsible for operating the product safely and responsibly.

Users should:

• Read and follow the user manual
• Observe property rules
• Follow applicable local laws and regulations
• Operate at a suitable speed for the surroundings
• Exercise additional caution around slopes, pedestrians, water bodies and uneven terrain
• Avoid unsafe manoeuvres
• Keep the product appropriately maintained

The product must not be used for racing, stunts or deliberately hazardous activities.

10. Golf Course and Property Rules

Use of a Greenglide Mobility product on a golf course, resort, campus or other private property is subject to the permission and rules of the applicable property operator.

Ownership of a Greenglide Mobility product does not create an automatic right to operate it at any particular venue.

Users are responsible for obtaining required permission.

11. Product Demonstrations and Test Rides

Demonstrations and test rides may be subject to:

• Availability
• Location
• Venue permission
• Safety requirements
• Completion of applicable forms or acknowledgements

Greenglide Mobility reserves the right to decline or discontinue a test ride where it reasonably considers circumstances unsafe.

12. Warranty

Products are covered in accordance with the separate Greenglide Mobility Warranty Policy applicable at the time of sale.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the standard warranty is a one-year parts warranty from the date of delivery, subject to its applicable conditions and exclusions.

13. Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Orders are governed by the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.

These documents should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, designs, images, graphics, website content, photographs, videos, text, logos and other intellectual property displayed by Greenglide Mobility are owned by or lawfully used by TerraVentures International (OPC) Private Limited.

No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used without appropriate permission.

15. Website Information

We seek to ensure that information appearing on our website is accurate.

However, errors, omissions or outdated information may occasionally occur.

TerraVentures reserves the right to correct errors and update website information without prior notice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TerraVentures will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from misuse of the product or use contrary to applicable instructions.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Force Majeure

TerraVentures will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Fire
• War
• Civil disturbance
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Port congestion
• Customs delays
• Transportation disruption
• Supply-chain interruption
• Component shortages
• Acts or omissions of carriers
• Other comparable events beyond reasonable control

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable statutory rights and the arbitration provisions below, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with TerraVentures.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably.

If a commercial dispute cannot be resolved through discussions, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall:

• Be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties
• Have its seat and venue in Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Be conducted in English

The arbitral award shall be binding on the parties in accordance with applicable law.

This clause does not prevent a consumer from exercising any non-waivable remedy or jurisdiction available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

20. Changes to These Terms

TerraVentures may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably required due to:

• Changes to products
• Changes to business operations
• Changes to law
• Changes to commercial practices
• Introduction of new services

The latest version will be published on the website with the applicable effective date.
